We hope you enjoy your purchases with Jeans Unlimited we are here to assist with your purchase if something doesn't work out for you, we are happy to offer you a store credit.

Jeans Unlimited will accept returned items for store credit, Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage, including original tags, within 14 days from the date of purchase. All sale and clearance items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Representative will review returned merchandise when it arrives at our location, items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at customers expense.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. 

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

Jeans Unlimited is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment.

Additional Shipping charges will be charged on exchanged products
